Cancellation Policy

In the event of extreme weather ex. Lightning, hurricanes, ice storms and blizzards we reserve the right to cancel a reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Non Voucher customers
Cancellation of a reservation must be made 72 hours in advance and credit will be given for a booking on a future date. Cancellation of a reservation for a refund will be less 10 % if cancellation is made before 72 hours before the trip start date. Cancellation after 72 hours will receive 50 percent and no refund will be given for cancellation 48 hours prior to the trip start date.

Cancellation Policy for Voucher Holders
Promo or voucher codes are non-transferable without prior authorization from Vertically Inclined and Cancellation Policy for promo/Voucher are as follows: Vertically Inclined does not refund vouchers. Those with vouchers must contact the deal site where purchase was made. Groups of 4-6 people on one reservation must notify Vertically Inclined 2 weeks prior to Cancellation or request for rescheduling. For individual reservations 1-4 people Cancellation prior to 96 hours will receive credit for future hikes. Cancellation after 96 hours for individuals or groups will receive face value credit of voucher.
